Scope of Work:
Terra cotta restoration which included patching, replacing entire trellis stone units and copping stone units as well as rebuilding the brick piers, washing the entire façade and coating the stone. The brick was spot pointed and cleaned and new windows were installed. The granite steps were re-set, patched and pointed.
