LEED Project: Kimpton Palomar at 17th & Samson Street

As a member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, Joseph Dugan, Inc. is committed to success and increased adaptation of sustainable construction practices throughout the industry.  We are proactive in our effort to become more environmentally efficient and provide our customers with solutions that qualify for additional LEED points.  We are striving to reduce our carbon footprint by replacing older vehicles with new model vehicles that conform to current emission standards.

In the emerging LEED and green building industry, specialized protocols, procedure and products must be used when working on a LEED or green building. Joseph Dugan, Inc has field experience in several LEED restoration and Green Building certified projects.

We recognize that different customers have different green construction practice priorities. There are a multitude of reasons that a consumer may wish to choose green products and/or construction practices. Some have priorities in healthier indoor air (low-emitting materials), while others are concerned with reduced environmental impact (recycled content, certified wood products, locally sourced materials). Green building can potentially save money due to the efficient use of energy, water, and materials.
